3324315 - How to retrieve data from active and inactive curriculum at "Curriculum Data CSV"

The "Curriculum Data CSV" is not retrieving data for deactivated curriculum.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Reports >
3. Run the "Curriculum Data CSV" >
4. Set the inactive curricula as filter >
5. Run the report >
6. Check if the report generated shows the expect results.

The report will not be able to find the inactive curriculum if the "Curriculum Status" is not set as "Both" or "Not active" when setting the curricula as filter or on report fields search fields. 

The curriculum status must be set as "Both" or "Not active" when setting the curricula as filter and also on report fields to the report returns the inactive curriculum data.

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Reports >
3. Run the "Curriculum Data CSV" >
4. Set the inactive curricula as filter >
5. Set the Curriculum Status as "Both" >
6. Run the report >
7. Check if the report generated shows the expect results.
