Reproducing the Issue

  1. Send an e-mail to C4C with an inline image as signature.
  2. Go to Tickets Work center.
  3. Open Ticket 123 (where 123 represent the ticket created by the e-mail received).
  4. Go to the Interactions Tab.
  5. See the E-mail that originated the Ticket has an attachment.
  6. Open the attachment.
  7. You will see the signature inline image was added as an attachment 'noname' once the E-mail arrives at C4C.

When the E-mail with inline images is sent via Outlook, it consist of base64 content in <img> tag and the system considers it as attachment. Hence it is shown as both inline image and attachment in the e-mail.
