3324378 - Italian Supplier invoices PDF are blank in Edocument cockpit

Symptom

PDF is empty when selecting 'Display PDF' in Edocument Cockpit app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. access eDocument Cockpit app
  2. check source document with status 'created'
  3. select 'Display PDF'
  4. the PDF has no information fulfilled.

Cause

Missing configuration.

Resolution

Kindly review the configuration made accordantly to SAP Help Displaying Electronic Documents and Downloading Incoming Electronic Documents.
