3324395 - 'Save' Button in Account QC Is Not Visible Until Mouse Is Hovered On It

Symptom

The save button in account QC is not visible until the mouse is hovered on it.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

For example:

  1. Go to the customer's WC.
  2. Open Accounts View.
  3. Click on the '+' icon.
  4. Notice in the bottom, the Save button.
  5. Hover the mouse over it.
  6. 'Save' text color changes. 

Cause

The settings applied are conflicting. Check via:

  1. Settings;
  2. Branding;
  3. Custom themes are conflicting.

Resolution

Change this set, especially for the options mentioned below.

Tool Bar:

  • 4.  Footer primary button - icon and text color; 
  • 5.  Footer primary button - background color;
  • 6.  Footer button - active state text color.
