• ID instead of Text was displayed in Digital Boardroom in SAP Analytics Cloud mobile IOS application
• The issue doesn't happen when displaying the story in SAP Analytics Cloud mobile IOS application
• The issue doesn't happen when displaying the same Digital Boardroom in Chrome/Edge browser in PC.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.02
• SAP Analytics Cloud IOS application 2.139.0

1. Create a story based on Live BW model. The story may contains hierarchy items and show Text in story level.
2. Create a Digital Boardroom and insert this story page into it.
3. In PC Browser, confirm the Digital Boardroom shows the same text which is expected.
4. Log into SAP Analytics Cloud IOS application and open the same Digital Boardroom.
5. Find it shows ID instead which is not expected.

The issue is a product limit in SAP Analytics Cloud mobile application.

In this customer scenario, the story is using webview which means optimized mode. But in IOS mobile application the boardroom will always used IOS native way of rendering the widgets. If this is a live connection based story then in native mode its not fully supported and it works only with optimized stories. But for now optimized stories are still not supported on boardroom.
