When it comes to forming the Operation URI to populate in Integration Center, you need to use the resource name that comes at the end of the URL. An applicable example is:

• If the REST API URL is: https://vendorapiurl/worflow/manual/paths/invoke?api-version=2023-04-18&sp=%2Fexample%2Fexample%2Frun&sv=1.0&id=87654321
• Then the Operation URI will be: ?api-version=2023-04-18&sp=%2Fexample%2Fexample%2Frun&sv=1.0&id=87654321

Moreover, if you are using operational URL, make sure to end the URL with "?"
