It's not possible to create a logical port with a WSDL file provided by an external partner in SOAMANAGER. The two symptoms below are presented:
- The logical port creation via file fails with the message 'No Service found in WSDL'
- The SOAMANAGER WSDL Analyzer report shows Unsupported Fragments.
