3324920 - Time capabilities in stories when consuming SAP Datasphere model

You would like to use time capabilities (date hierarchy, time range...) in SAP Analytics Cloud stories when consuming SAP Datasphere models.

Known missing functionality 

Usually associations use dimension's key attributes.
However, currently there is a limitation on SAC side with using Dimensions of type "Date".

To overcome that on Data Layer:
When creating an association in SAP Datasphere, use attribute "Date (string)" ("DATE_SAP")  instead of "Date" ("DATE_SQL"). 

On Business Layer:
- Open dimension "Time Dimension - Day" and change the key-definition from "Date" to "Date (string)". 
- To do this change you have to delete the association (if existing). After the change, re-create the association using "Date (string)".

Re-deploy Perspective(s), and you may need to properly refresh Story(ies) too.
For new Stories all should work fine from scratch.
