• How to set the locale and time zone of Background Job Email Notification?
• Admin receives Background Job Email Notification using wrong locale. Why?

Example of Background Job Email Notification triggered by APM:

1. Learning Administration > Automatic Process

2. Fill in the email address on the APM page

3. Schedule the APM

4. Admin received Background Job Email Notification in locale admin is not using, stating the job completed with error

5. Admin has no idea why the notification is displaying the current locale

(Other jobs that can trigger Background Job Email Notification are the same)

The locale and time zone of Background Job Email Notification is determined by the admin's preference who scheduled the job and clicked "Apply Changes" or "Finish" button.

For example, admin A is using German and CET time in LMS Administration page. He fills in the APM with admin B's email address and scheduled the APM job.

Admin B is using English and EST time, but he will still receive Background Job Email Notification in German and CET time as expected behavior.
