3324927 - Sales Order error with Incoterms location missing

Symptom

  • Cannot save Sales order because of an error
  • Location for incoterms missing

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open affected Sales Order
  2. Error message is displyed

Cause

  • Configuration issue
  • When Incoterms is maintained for Sales Order, Incoterms Location must be maintained as well
  • For internal Reference: this is checked in Method - V_VALIDATE Class - CL_AP_CQ_V_DELIVERY_TERMS

Resolution

  • Maintain Incoterms Location OR
  • Delete Incoterms
  • Either both should be maintained or both should be removed
