3324965 - Attachments option at Financial Posting wizard and Concur Documents Screens do not show up

At the Financial Posting wizard at CTE_SETUP the "Attachments" step does not exist as screen bellow:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Also the "Attachments Retrieved" column in CTE_POST_MONI does not exist:
