3325009 - Error BS027 on Transaction KSU5 "Actual Overhead Assessment" is not allowed ORD

Symptom

On Transaction KSU5 when trying to generate an Actual Overhead Assessment, the following error occurs:

Error message: BS027

An invalid transaction was used to check whether or not a business transaction is allowed.  The transaction 'Actual Overhead Assessment' is not allowed for object type 'Process order'.
