3325055 - PY-FR: DSN How to create a block 82 code 080 for a period other than 03/2023

Symptom

in SAP Note 0003309695 it's described that in case of exoneration of the CSA contribution the DSN report will create automatically a block 82 code 080 for the reporting period 03/2023. Some customers didn't report it on time and are creating the block 82 code 080 in a posterior period. In this case the block won't be created automatically.
