3325132 - You are Unable to Assign a Work Center to Business User Who is the first Business User

You are unable to assign a work center to the Business User who is the first Business User created in the system.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Business Users view.
3. Search and Select the Business User XYZ (XYZ represents the Business User ID).
4. Open in Edit mode through Access Restrictions view.

You can observe that you are unable to assign a work center to the user.

The User XYZ is not assigned any work center, as it's the first business user.

The initial user should assign the work center to the first Business User created.
