Why can't I see the numbers in the comment bubbles next to process elements in Editor?

SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0

1. Open Process Collab Hub
2. Navigate to processes tab.
3. Select to open a diagram that has an element which has a comment associated with it.
4. On the new page, see that the process element does not have any numbers in the comment bubble next to the process element.

This functionality was removed from the product during a recent release.
