3325265 - All Projects are not Displayed in Standard Report : Customer Project Overview

In standard project report:Customer Project Overview, all projects are not displayed even though they have similar status.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center
2. Select view reports
3. Open standard Report: Customer Project Overview (PROCPIU02_Q0001)

There are multiple projects in projects view but only few projects are showing up in the report and others are missing.

1. If projects are missing, please check the Zero Suppression settings for Key Figures in the report which is by default set as "Suppress When All Values Equal Zero."

2. Also when you set certain filters e.g."in planning", all projects in planning status do not show up, only projects which have either sales order reference or has project invoice request or customer invoice or any time and expenses booked against the project, only those are displayed.

Please ensure to set "Do not suppress" in the Zero Suppression settings for Key Figures in the report, to display the projects and check the project references.
