1. Onboarding Cancelled Label for Rehire Verification feature behaviour:
2. The Onboarding Cancelled label to identify cancelled profiles during the rehire verification process is a newly added feature. As a rehire coordinator, you can view this label while reviewing the matched profiles on the Profile Match Verification page.
3. The Cancelled Onboarding label helps you to identify cancelled profiles and decide whether to rehire a candidate with old employment, new employment or as a new hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1) We can see we have a terminated employee by the name 'xyz' who is eligible for rehire.

2) We also have a Cancelled Onboarding Process for another user by the same first and last name 'xyz'

3) On initiating onboarding from Recruiting for an external user with the same first name and last name, we can see the Cancelled Onboarding Profile with the Onboarding Cancelled label and the matching terminated user profile on the Profile Match Verification page.

As part of the enhancement, the following validations have been added to prevent issues related to duplicate National IDs during the rehire verification process:

• While cancelling an onboarding process, a warning message reminds you to remove the National ID of the candidate before completing the cancellation process. Removing the candidate's National ID from the system prevents duplication errors if you rehire the same candidate in the future.
  
  
• If a rehire match is based on an existing National ID and you choose the Proceed as New Hire option on the Profile Match Verification page, a warning message for duplicate National IDs displays. You can proceed by choosing either Rehire with New Employment or Rehire with Old Employment to prevent errors during the Manage Pending Hires step.
