Symptom
- Automatic data population into word or excel template via DMS documents have been generated through SAP OLE Link Server technology (LINK_SERVER method), however after upgrading Microsoft Office to newer version, e.g from Microsoft Office 2016 to Office 365, the links doesn't work anymore.
- The behavior occurs independently of SAP GUI for Windows version and patch level.
