3325377 - Onboarding Story Report Missing Some Onboardees - Onboarding

The Onboarding Story Reports is missing some Onboardees who have the Process Task Status as Skipped after creating the said Report initially.

1. Go to the Reporting
2. Open the Onboarding Story Report
3. See that some Onboardees are missing

The user created the Story Report and configured filters based on the available dimensions at that time. When the report was initially built, the filter for Process Task Status did not include values such as "Skipped". This behavior occurs because SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) generates filter values based solely on the data present at the time the report is first created.

To make the new filters appear, you can try removing and then re-adding the Process Task Status filter. This should refresh the options and include the Skipped status, resolving the issue.
