3325377 - [Onboarding] Story Report for Onboarding is missing some Onboardees

The Onboarding Story Reports is missing some Onboardees who have the Process Task Status as Skipped after creating the said Report initially.

1. Go to the Reporting
2. Open the Onboarding Story Report
3. See that some Onboardees are missing

You have created the Story Report and Filters based on dimensions. When this particular report was created one of the filters Process Task Status did not have values like Skipped. This is because SAC creates filters based on field values available at the time of report creation. As the skipped status was not available during report creation this status was not part of filter. So even though you were selecting all values for filter, as this Skipped values was not there all the process where Process Tasks Status was Skipped were not part of the report.

For the new filters to show, you can remove and re-add the Process Tasks Status filters for the Skipped filter to show. This will resolve the problem.
