Resolution

Initial Set up in Super Admin & Onboarding Application

After signing MOU, you will receive client company id (just Numeric digits). This is an unique customer number in DHS (Department of Homeland Security). Everify activity is triggered based on this client id.

Step 1:

  • Go to Super Admin site -> Everify Options:
    • Client Company Id - enter the MOU number (only digits are acceptable);
    • Phone number - customer phone number;
    • Account type  - Choose "Test" for test / preview / development instance; Choose "Production" for production instance. Please don't use "Production" option for test instances.
    • Calculate Client ID by Corporate Structure - used only for multi MOUs . There is no need to enable this if you have single MOU.

Step 2:

Everify activity will be triggered based on the configuration in Form I-9 Company Level. Configure Form I-9 Company Level in super admin

  • Go to Super Admin site -> Form I-9 Company Level -> Triggering of Everify is based on the level selected for Onboarding Process.

Step 3:

  • Go to corporate structure in super admin. Select the level chosen in "Form I-9 Company Level" (in the above screen shot, it is level 2- Division).
  • Click on Level property. This level propert should contain "ActivateEVerify" (the name is case sensitive).
  • No need to map the key (StartEVerifyProcess) in the level property (ActivateEVerify). Leave the key column blank.

For Multiple MOU:

For client using Multiple MOU, set default MOU in super admin -> Everify option (as mentioned above). There are additional configurations for Multi MOU.

Setting Level Property in super admin corporate structure

  • Go to Super Admin site -> Corporate Structure -> Choose a level -> Click on Level Properties
    • Property "EVerifyClientID" should be added. Property name is case sensitive and should be added only in one level.
  • In onboarding Application -> Reference files -> Corporate Structure -> choose the Level with property "EVerifyClientID" -> Set the individual MO

Notes:

  • Level which is selected in "Form I-9 Company Level" and level which is used for multi MOU can be different.
