3325569 - In the Issue Output To screen, the message types sometimes are not highlighted/selected automatically while in other billing document, message types can be highlighted/selected automatically

Symptom

In the VF03 -> Billing document -> Issue Output To screen, it is noticed that sometimes the popup message types are not highlighted but for other billing documents, the message types are highlighted.
