3325648 - Message CK740 is raised during costing in transaction CK11N

Symptom

During costing in transaction CK11N/CK40N, you get message CK740 - “Material XXXX in plant XXXX belongs to cycle XXXXX costed with errors”. And message CK723 - “Costing of cycle XXXXX does not converge” maybe raised at the same time.
