3325677 - IG-42964 Custom Message for Changing the PO in ARBCIG_BAPI_PO_CHANGE BAdI Could Not Be Sent from SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

In SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integrated with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer changed the purchase order (PO) using the program ARBCIG_BAPI_PO_CHANGE BAdI, the buyer could not send the custom message with the changed PO from SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
