3325811 - IG-42744 ARBCIG_REMITTANCE_EXPORT Report Failed to Extract Remittance Details for Manual Payment in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

In SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integrated with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer ran the ARBCIG_REMITTANCE_EXPORT report to resend remittance records for a manual payment with the Send the Failed Remittance Records Again checkbox selected, the report failed with the below error:

No remittance data to be extracted.
