3325821 - Data Loss in Print Payment Proposal List

You is trying to print Payment Proposal list in Landscape Mode and the data is lost.

You are unable to view data against some fields like Open Amount, Cash Discount and Proposed Payment Amount etc.,

1. Go to Payables Workcenter
2. Go to Periodic Tasks View
3. Go to Payment Runs Sub view
4. Show All Payment Runs and Select required Run ID
5. Scroll down to Application log
6. Select All Logs
7. View Payment Proposals
8. Select All Payment Proposals
9. Select Print
10. Select Landscape mode
    You can view items in above mentioned columns are incomplete after printing.
    
    
11. Reduce size to 50/60% after step 9
    Line Items reduce after reducing size.
    
    For huge data size if you need to print the entire list, you either miss the whole data or reduce actual size then you miss line items. 

Due to huge data Print will not show the All Payment Proposal Data when saving the pdf with landscape mode and size reduction.

There is an alternative way to download the pdf with all the payment proposal data:

1. Select Export button in Payment Proposal list to download the excel with all proposal data.
2. Open excel and sort the Payment ID (A to Z).
3. Select File and print option to change the properties as like - Landscape Orientation, A4 and Fit all columns on One page.
4. Select Export option (similar like print option) 
5. Create pdf and publish
   It will be downloaded as the PDF file.
