3325846 - IG-43069: ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program failed when external commands were maintained in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

In the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA that is integrated with SAP Ariba sourcing using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer performed the following steps, the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program failed with an error:

  1. Upgraded to SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, Release 2211 (Q4 2022).
  2. Configured a directory in the transaction code SM69 for external commands.
  3. Ran the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program.
