3325905 - Message "Be aware that the configuration will be enabled in 15 minutes..." does not disappear

Symptom

In the Identity Authentication Administration console -> Monitoring & Reporting tab -> Audit and Change Logs -> Audit Service Configuration , when creating a configuration to view the audit logs, the following message is displayed:

Be aware that the configuration will be enabled in 15 minutes. For more information about the upgrade dates, see What's New for Identity Authentication

This message does not go away.
