3325930 - Production/Process Order Status

You have some doubts about the status of the production/process Orders.

1. What is the maximum number of status that can be displayed on production/process order screen?
2. Why are some status that have been executed not checked in display status?

Question 1:

In production/process order screen you can see only limited number of active status, which is 8. You can see if an order has more than 8 active status when you see a * after the last status. For example:

Status: CLSD MSPT PRT  CNF  DLV  PRC  CSER RESA*

If order has this * in the end, means that the order has more than 8 active status and you need to click on (I) icon status to display all the active status.

Question 2

When clicking on (I) icon status, you can see that all the active status are checked and displayed, when you click in "Filter" you can see all the status, including the ones that are anymore active. For example:

When you set a production order to 'TECO' (technically completed) status, the status Released will be no more active in the order, so the 'Active status' will be unchecked. The same occurs when you set the order to 'Closed' status, the status 'TECO' (technically completed) will be no more active in the order, so the 'Active status' will be unchecked.
