3325939 - Can we hide agent names displayed on interaction tab of AskHR ticket?

Symptom

You have noticed that the names of the agents working on a specific AskHR ticket is appearing under the interactions tab and you would like to know if there is any way to hide this information.

Environment

Employee Central Service Center

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to ASK HR backend tool
  2. Navigate to ticket assigned to me
  3. Do some change and save the ticket
  4. The employee who created the ticket will get notification.
  5. Employee who created the ticket is able to see the name who is working on the ticket, in the front end ASK HR.

Expected behavior

Resolution

Currently the AskHR will display the agent name and there is no current configuration possible to remove this information.
