In SWI1/SWIA, the Agent's name is blank wherever the Work Item is in 'Ready' status for Risk related workflows(Risk analysis, Risk Assessment, etc), hence the user to whom the workflow has gone cannot be ascertained. The Agent's (user's) name is only shown where the Work Item has 'Completed' status.
