ST03 data is no longer updated.
Jobs such as SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_SWNCCOLL and SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_SWNCTOTAL, along with all SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_* jobs, are not generated, even though SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is running properly.
In ST03, under Collector and Performance DB -> Performance Monitor Collector -> Log, you will see the message: "System is in shadow mode."
