3326228 - Replication before Approval in Central Requisitioning - Known Issues

The following are some known issues that occur in central requisitioning in the context of ‘Replication Before Approval’:

• Cannot update the accounting Distribution Indicator to Single Account Assignment
  • On changing the distribution indicator from Distribution by Percentage to Single Account Assignment, the following error is thrown “sum of percentage>X<smaller than 100%”.
  • On changing the distribution indicator from Distribution on Quantity Basis to Single Account Assignment, no error is thrown but the change is not reflected in the connected system.
• Screen layout configurations are not considered during the creation of purchase requisition.
• When a purchase requisition is auto approved or no workflow is configured, there might be synchronization issues and subsequent SOAP APIs from hub to connected system may fail.
• When some accounting lines are deleted in the hub system, there can be issues in the replication of accounting lines to the connected system.
