3326374 - ID is not kept when creating a user with the SCIM API's in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When creating a user with the SCIM API call:

POST {{Tenant URL}}/api/v1/scim/Users

The value passed as "id" is not kept when the user is created.

• SAP Analytics Cloud  2023.2.11

1. Create a user with the SCIM API's and specify an ID
2. Note that the ID for the user is different than what was passed in.
