3326377 - "greedy allocation" does not reduce the contention in allocation page - SAP ASE

• A large database is closed to full.
• Large number of insert/update connections stay in latch sleep for long period of time.
• Enable the "greedy allocation" does not help to resolve the issue.
• Use dbcc des to view the allocation hint, all 16 hints are always 1 when "greedy allocation" is set.
