3326396 - Manage User fields restriction are not respected

• Users are able to edit fields in Manage User page
• View only permissions not respected in Manage User page

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Access the instance
2. Go to Manage Users
3. Select any user
4. See that fields can be edited even when granted only with "view" permission

It's expected that a user with Manage Users permission is able to edit all fields

This is a designed behavior, “Manage Users” is an admin permission if it is granted, in Manage Users UI field permission is ignored.
