3326403 - Syntax error in /1BCWDY/ class when executing BRF+ workbench

Symptom

When run BRF+ workbench, 500 Internal Server Error happens with detail information like below:

Syntax error in program /1BCWDY/XXXXXXX==CP.

Checking dump file in ST22, an error like below is observed.
