3326412 - SuccessFactors screen shows popup and then error message " Identity Provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration"

Symptom

  1. Logged in to SuccessFactors and when working in the screen there is a popup and then the error message "Error message - Identity Provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator " 
  2. A SAML trace shows that there is a https://<hostname>.enable-now.cloud.sap/content/saml/saml_login.htm url coming up and that is causing the issue.
