3326425 - "Go to RBSC portal" of SAP Build Process Automation end with error "500 Internal Server Error"

Symptom

Click "Go to RBSC portal", it end with "500 Internal Server Error".
Log into https://ui.repositories.cloud.sap also end with same error.
