3326451 - Get "Error while checking availability of SAP business objects BI platform system" error when try to logon BO from Analysis for Microsoft Office with HTTPs

Symptom

  • Cannot logon BO from Analysis for Microsoft Office (AO) client.
  • When input the web service URL with HTTPs, get the following error.
    Error while checking availability of SAP business objects BI platform system 
  • There is no error when input the web service URL with http, not https
  • In AO trace, get below error.
    "GetServerInfo exception (Error: WSE 99999)Cause Message: Failed to establish a trust relationship with agency 'xxxx:port' for a channel secured by SSL/TLS."
  • Can logon BI LaunchPad, CMC and dswsbobje with HTTPs successfully
