3326576 - Performance template name cannot be saved in a different locale - Performance Management

Create a performance review template whose name is in default English locale.
Add a Chinese locale of the template name and type in the same content as was written in default English locale.
However, the newly added Chinese locale is not saved.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1.Admin Center >> Manage Templates >> Performance Review >> open the template
2.General Settings >> Name >> Add More+ >> add a Chinese locale with the same content as the default English locale
3.Save and return to Manage Templates and then reopen the template and check the locale of the template name
4.The newly added Chinese locale disappeared

This is expected behavior.

It is necessary to use different names for a form template name when adding multiple locales. Otherwise, the added locale with the same content as the default locale will not be saved.
As a result, when launching forms in a language environment different from default English, the to-do card of "Review Employee(Your) Performance" on the home page may not display any form title, because the locale for the launched form's title is missing in the template.
