Assign/Remove Learning function for managers is not working when Horizon Theme is enabled for Learning

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Activate of the Horizon Theme
2. Navigate to user side of learning
3. Navigate to my teams from the top menu bar
4. Select Assign/Remove Learning from manage links section
5. Select Assign learning and click on add under employee section to verify the dialog
6. It is not possible with Horizon Theme activated to select an employee. In this interface, it is not possible to select any field at all, which leads to the site being frozen and the user being stuck on it. 

This is a defect.

A fix for this issue will be in b2305.4 release.

Workaround: Turn off the horizon theme in Company System and Logo Settings or using TAB to select the button and then hit the ENTER.
