Symptom
In app "Market Segment - Actuals" there are some Custom Fields showing as '# / not assigned' for Service Orders, even though these are fulfilled in app "Manage Service Order".
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Enter app "Market Segment - Actuals";
- Select the parameters;
- Check the Custom Fields as '# / not assigned' for some Service Orders.
Cause
Wrong selection.
Resolution
Service Orders can have multiple items linked to them, and each item can have it's own fields populated. Therefore, you will need to select the Service Order Item -> Drilldown -> Add Attribute and then include your Custom field.
