When you don't know or forget the admin password, you cannot change it via the Web UI since login to the backoffice/hac might not be possible anymore. As the owner of the data with Commerce cloud, customer should take full responsibility to create and maintain their credentials.We suggest customers could change the password by themselves in order to avoid any further security risk. In this article we explain a way how do change the password without SAP's involvement.
