3326913 - Error : Change of price or price unit does not fit to inventory value in Master Data Governance(MDG).

Symptom

When change request is created for a material, post creation or during execution of MDG CR, level stock and moving average price is updated for the same material. In such scenario, change request during activation shows below errors:

  • Change of price or price unit does not fit to inventory value
  • Standard cost estimate exists in period
