3326971 - Output items are not automatically triggered for changed sales documents

Although the corresponding setup is done in Output Parameter Determination app for the relevant sales documents, the output items for changed documents are not triggered.

There are many possible causes for the change output not being triggered:

• The corresponding output type is not enabled.
• The fields being changed are not defined as fields relevant for output.

Make sure the following configurations are done:

• The corresponding output type is enabled in the configuration activity 'Assign Output Types for Changed Documents' (ID: 101214).
  • Example: for sales quotations, enable the SALES_QUOTATION_CHANGE
• To define which fields are relevant to trigger a change output, configure those fields in the following configuration activities:
  • 'Define Output Texts' (ID: 101873);
  • 'Assign Output Texts to Document Data' (ID: 101874).
