Where can I find the error details for "Error ordering assessment"

1. Go to Admin Center > Event Notification Audit Log
2. Look for FAILED record of the assessment vendor
3. Click View to open the event details
4. Open the Response tab
5. Check the error message followed by "Exception="

What you need to provide to Support

The error detail can help identifying the root cause in most of the cases. For example, "Invalid Credentials" indicates that the credentials configured in Event Notification Subscription are invalid.
