3326988 - Replication through SLT failed with error "It is not possible to use the action "Replication" for object XXX"

Symptom

Replication using RMS or Gen2 graph through SLT failed for certain tables like MARC, MARD, MBEW or COEP when choose "Initial and Delta" mode for RMS or "Replication" mode for Gen2 graph.
Error message is:
Task Status Information: It is not possible to use the action "Replication" for object XXX.
