Symptom
Below error is seen in Mail Adapter On-Premise (with Cloud Connector) communication from Cloud Integration tenant (former CPI):
com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: <host>, <port>; timeout 15000 Cause: java.net.SocketException: SOCKS5 command failed with status: NETWORK_UNREACHABLE
