3327056 - Error "Read timed out" occurs when connecting the Introscope Enterprise Manager to SAP Solution Manager

The Introscope Enterprise Manager appears offline in step "Define CA Introscope". In the defaultTrace of SAP Solution Manager JAVA system, the following error is there even though the Introscope Enterprise Manager and SAP Solution Manager are on the same sever:
