3327075 - Error Occurs When Running App "Accounts Document Output - China"

You click Execute in the app Accounts Document Output - China. The following error message is displayed: "No documents found", although the document can be found in the app Manage Journal Entries.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open the app Accounts Document Output - China.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields and the Document Number field in the selection criteria.
3. Click Execute. The following error message is displayed: "No documents found".

For example, the document status is Sample document (M) or Noted items (S).

Check the document status. Only the following document statuses are supported:

• Normal document
• Posting in General Ledger Only (U)
• Posting Not in Leading Ledger (L)
